Terms and Conditions:

• All goods will remain as the property of Kopana Mining Supplies until full payment has been received.
• Any goods purchased may only be returned within 7 days of the purchase date and will not be returnable if damaged.
• Any Electrical items are not refundable.
• No refund will be given on goods specially ordered or ordered by part numbers.
• A 10% handling fee will be charged on all goods returned.
• Guaranteed goods will be indicated on the invoice given.
• Reconditioned or new goods, with a guarantee, which have been tampered with, will not be refunded or repaired at the cost of Kopana Mining Supplies.
• Engines have a start up guarantee.
• No reconditioned parts will be oil filled unless stated otherwise
